In an effort
to provide leadership in areas of economic development and the quality of life in Harris
County, the Harris County Chamber of Commerce shall investigate issues deemed appropriate
to the mission statement of the Chamber. This
shall be done according to the following procedure:
Members requesting the issue
review shall submit Part One of the Issue Review Form to the
Executive Committee of the Chamber for review.
If approved for further
investigation, the Executive Committee will appoint an investigating task force to perform
an in-depth study as outlined in Part Two of this procedure. The submitting members will be informed in writing
of action taken. When the task force has completed their investigation, they shall
submit their findings to the Board of Directors. The
directors will decide what action should be taken. The submitting members will be informed in writing of this
action.

Instructions for Submission:
On a separate
piece of paper please give the following information:

following questions and attach this form to the
front of the document. Mail or deliver to
